Our goal is not to finish as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide clients with the information they need to make informed decisions with confidence.

Unlike many inspection companies that assign a single inspector to evaluate the entire property, Beach House Home Inspections, LLC utilizes two licensed inspectors for Buyer Inspections, Condominium Inspections, Warranty Inspections, and our Total Protection Package.

By dividing responsibilities, each inspector can focus on specific systems and components while maintaining a thorough and efficient inspection process.

why we offer a military discount

Military service has been a part of our family’s story for generations.

Sharon’s grandfather was so eager to serve that he lied about his age to join the military at the beginning of World War II. Before he was 18 years old, he had been captured and spent time as a Japanese prisoner of war in the South Pacific. He returned home carrying injuries that were never properly treated and lived with chronic back pain for the rest of his life.

Hank’s father also joined at the start of World War II. An injury during training prevented him from serving overseas. While that injury may have ultimately saved his life, he always regretted not having the opportunity to serve as a paratrooper.

All of Hank's uncles served during World War II.

Sharon’s father served six years in the United States Air Force and was among the first Air Commandos. An injury prevented him from deploying to Vietnam, but his commitment to service remained an important part of who he was.

Military service continued into the next generations. Sharon’s cousin served during the war in Afghanistan, and our son-in-law served as a Navy Reservist and mental health nurse, caring for those who served our country.

Today, we live and work in the shadow of Eglin Air Force Base, surrounded by active-duty military members, veterans, reservists, civilian employees, contractors, and military families. We understand that service often requires sacrifice—not only from those who wear the uniform, but also from their spouses, children, parents, and loved ones.

Our military discount is a small way of saying thank you.

It is offered in honor of the generations who served before us, the men and women serving today, and the families who support them every step of the way.

To all who have served, and those who continue to serve, thank you for your sacrifice, your dedication, and your commitment to our country.

Beach House Home Inspections, LLC is proud to support our military community. 🇺🇸

As a young man, a mentor told me that the most important investment I would ever make in my life would be purchasing my own home. Following his advice, my wife and I purchased and remodeled our first home in our early twenties and have gone on to purchase and flip several other properties.

While serving as a missionary-pastor to the Navajo Nation, I encouraged many families within my congregation to make an investment in home ownership. For many of those families I offered to inspect potential homes to help them understand the property and ease their fears before purchasing.

After retiring from ministry and relocating to Panama City Beach, I decided to turn my passion for home ownership into a business that helps others feel confident and secure in purchasing a home.

If you are considering home inspection services on the Emerald Coast, I want to be there to help you get to know your home!
