AGREEMENTS & PAYMENTS
All agreements must be signed and payment received one (1) day prior to your inspection. This ensures that delivery of your report is not delayed. We do not accept Pay At Closing as a form of payment. You will receive an email with a link to your agreements and a link to make payments. You will receive a text message when all agreements have been signed and when payment has been processed.

POLICIES IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19
We take the health and safety of our community members seriously. As a small business that is family owned and operated our health is central to our business's daily operations. After reviewing the CDC's recommendations on helping prevent and slow the spread of the Coronavirus we have implemented these policies. Thank you for your business and your understanding as we all make changes to contribute to the health and safety of our community.
In response to the CDC's and Bay County recommendations, clients and agents are encouraged to wear masks if they attend an inspection.
Due to the CDC's recommendations on social distancing we are requiring vacation rentals to be vacant at the time of inspection.
CLIENT ATTENDING INSPECTION POLICY
All clients attending an inspection must be accompanied by their real estate agent.Home inspectors, realtors, and buyer's are all guests of the property's owner (the seller). To safeguard the property's condition and the owner's personal belongings we require that any client attending an inspection be accompanied by their real estate agent. This allows our inspectors to remain focused on providing the client with the most thorough report while also respecting the seller's property. If your agent cannot attend the inspection with you, our inspector will be happy to meet with you during the last 30 minutes of your inspection to answer your questions and address your concerns.
